Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

A: Items Not Eligible for Return:The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags).

B: Packaging Requirements: Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

C:Please contact customer service for the address and RAN number.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at refund@stofashion.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

STO FASHION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, STO FASHION will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
